Privacy notice.

What we collect when you write to us, why, and how to make us forget it.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean writing back with your Morning Read, asking a follow-up question, or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details to market anything else to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Daily Meetings who handle your request. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track how you move around it. The only outside service the pages load is the font library that displays our typefaces.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to adrienne.sampson@dailymeetings.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us.
